Ingredients 2 cups of Antico Molino Caputo flour Half cube of yeast 2 cups of hot water 1 teaspoon fine salt 1 jar of Mutti tomato sauce 0.5 pounds of Saint Lucia mozzarella cheese Oil for cooking A dash of basil A dash of oregano By Chiara Fua beta calories 1746 fat 68g protein 80g carbs 201g more StyleBlend https://www.styleblend.com/ 1. Create a pile of Antico Molino Caputo flour, with a hole in the center to pour in the Lievital yeast and a bit of olive oil. 2. While mixing with your hands, gradually pour in a glass of water to dissolve the yeast. When the mixture begins to blend, pour the water and start to knead, taking care not to drain the water from the center of the flour. 3. Mix for at least 15 minutes to allow the yeast to grow and create a soft dough. When the dough becomes pliable, create a ball of the size of a coconut and set to the side. 4. Cover the dough with a washcloth and let it rest for at least 3 hours, so the dough will expand to double its volume. The more time you have to let it rest, the more the pizza will be tender and tasty. 5. When it’s ready, take the dough and roll it out on your table, flouring it well. Try to roll it out to a round shape, so it cooks nice and circular. 6. In a separate bowl, pour in the Mutti tomato sauce and season it with a little bit of olive oil, salt and oregano. Mix well. Slice the mozzarella and set it aside. 7. Now take your sheet of dough and start decorating. Pour on five tablespoons of Mutti tomato sauce, expanding it from the center across the whole surface of the dough, making sure to leave a small space from the edge. Then, take the Saint Lucia mozzarella slices and sprinkle on the pizza. Add a drop of the Carli olive oil, a pinch of salt and a few basil leaves. 8. When your oven is ready and heated to 480°F, insert your pizza on the lowest shelf and bake for about 15-18 minutes. 9. Bake it, cut it, taste it, and enjoy it!
