Press the mixture around the sides with the back of a spoon to cover all empty space. 5- Bake at 350° F for about 40 minutes. The plum cake should cook until golden. 6- Remove the plum cake from the oven and then from the mold. Test the cake with a toothpick when it’s still warm to see if it cooked through.
