The Bikini Body Guide is a new Italian trend coming directly from Australia and from the United States . This innovative workout program is the brainchild of Australian personal trainer Kayla Itsines, the guide is based on 12 workouts to be followed within 12 weeks, each week the workout increases to a higher level.

The Bikini Body Guide includes a meal plan with a selection of healthy food that needs to be eaten at a specific time during the day.

The Guide became successful in Italy thanks to thousands of girls sharing their before and after pictures on their social networking.

 Italian customers are wondering if the Bikini Body Guide is really working. To answer this question two famous Italian beauty bloggers are sharing their personal experience with the BBG on Youtube.

The first Italian blogger is Elena Fiorini also known as LaSbii.

The Beauty reporter begins by explaining that even if going to the gym wasn’t part of her regular routine, she started following the guide without any preparatory workout, simply by doing the workouts of the first week for several weeks, and training for 30-40 minutes.

Gaia also bought the Nutrition Guide suggested by Kayla and she emphasizes that it is not a weight loss diet plan. The Nutrition Guide  teaches you on how to eat the right portions of healthy foods in order to have enough energy to get your workout done.
