Ingredients
  1. 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  2. 2½ cups instant whole grain oats
  3. Low calories Pam-Spray Original
  4. 16 oz carton egg whites
  5. 1½ scoops vanilla whey protein powder or vegan protein powder
  6. 1 Tbsp Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
  7. ½ tsp cinnamon
  8. ½ tsp vanilla extract
  9. Sugar-free maple syrup (Optional )
  10. Sugar-free fruit preserves (Optional )
  11. Fresh fruit (Optional )
Instructions
  1. Pour 2½ cups instant whole grain oats, 3 yolks or 16 oz carton egg whites into a blender. Add one spoon of vanilla extract or honey and 1½ scoops vanilla whey protein powder or vegan protein powder.
  2. Mix everything in the blender in order to obtain the perfect density. The ingredients have to look perfectly homogeneous and smooth.
  3. Heat a skillet and lightly spray with low calories Pam-Spray Original.
  4. Using 1/3 cup pour batter into skillet or pancake griddle. Use the back of the measuring cup to gently flatten batter. When cakes bubble, flip and cook until golden.
  5. As toppings low calories maple syrup or just sprinkling of Stevia (or your favorite sweetener). Accompanied with fresh fruits it will be perfect snack after a workout session.
