Summer is around the corner and it is time to book your vacations. If crystalline seas and the sandy beaches are  what you are looking for, Italy offers heavenly places.

There is a wide range of choices, Italy is full of beautiful places, but the “Guida Blu” offers the possibility to find environmentally friendly areas to spend your vacation.

With the Guida Blu every location gets a score between 1 and 100 that is translated to a number of tents (from 1 to 5), the other elements that contribute to the overall score are the state of conservation of the territory, defined by the assignment of petals (from 1 to 5). The quality of hospitality and touristic sustainability is defined by the assignment of stars (from 1 to 5). The locations that offer historical venues and monuments have a tower symbol, while the areas that promote sustainability have small leaf on the guide. The presence of particularly interesting seabeds are represented by the symbol of the mask while the cleanness of the beach is represented by the wave.
