Ingredients
  1. 1.5 oz cocoa powder
  2. .4 oz potato starch
  3. 1/4 oz cornstarch
  4. 3 oz powdered sugar
  5. Approx .9 oz 55% dark chocolate
  6. A pinch of cinnamon
  7. 1.5 cups whole milk

1- In a bowl, sift the cocoa powder with the cinnamon and set aside.

2- In another bowl, sift the potato starch, the cornstarch and the powdered sugar.

3- Keep the dark chocolate refrigerated for 10 minutes, then grate.

4- Transfer all ingredients into a small plastic bag, close it and shake well to mix.

5- Transfer the powder into a glass jar.

6- Add in a saucepan 5 or 6 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mixture and pour 400 ml of whole milk, stirring well to avoid creating lumps. Cook over medium heat, stirring with a whisk until you have the desired consistency.

7- Pour into cups and decorate as you wish.
