Ingredients
  1. 150 g dark chocolate for recipe
  2. 100 g dark chocolate for nougat
  3. 100 g milk chocolate
  4. 250 g halzenut cream (or Nutella)
  5. 200 g peeled halzenuts
Notes
  1. To have perfect slices that do not break, pull the nougat out of the fridge and wait 5 minutes to let it soften a little. Cut with a long knife with a smooth blade.

Preparation

1- Melt the dark chocolate for topping in a double boiler or in the microwave, and brush it in a rectangular mold or cake pan (20×10). Brush the sides halfway up.

2- Place the mold in the fridge to solidify, and prepare the inside of the nougat: Melt together dark chocolate with the milk chocolate, add the toasted hazelnuts and mix well to entirely cover all the hazelnuts.

3- Add the hazelnut cream and mix until fine.

4- Take the mold from the refrigerator and pour in the mixture. Press well with the back of a spoon to avoid air bubbles. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

5- Take the nougat from the fridge, remove from mold, and wait about 10 minutes before cutting to let it soften. Slice it with a long and smooth knife. Keep the nougat in the fridge or at room temperature, as long as it is fresh.
