  2. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons mixed dried herbs
  4. 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
  5. 1 teaspoon honey
  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  7. 1 pinch salt
  8. 1 pinch pepper

1- Drain chickpeas, dry and set aside.

2- In a baking dish lined with baking paper mix the oil with salt, pepper and herbs.

3- Add the chickpeas and mix well with seasoning.

4- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees, until brown and crispy.

5- Let chickpeas dry and cool on paper towels, and in the meantime prepare the yogurt sauce simply by mixing the yogurt with honey and lemon juice.
