Ingredients
  1. 4 slices rustic bread
  2. 10 cherry tomatoes
  3. arugula leaves (as much as you want)
  4. 5 oz buffalo mozzarella
  5. 4 slices Prosciutto San Daniele
  6. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  7. salt
  8. Balsamic vinegar of Modena
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Meanwhile, cut 4 slices of bread, also cut the mozzarella into slices. Wash and dry tomatoes and arugula leaves.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices and compose the bruschettas in this way: lay the mozzarella on the slices of bread
  4. then lay the sliced tomatoes
  5. Add olive oil and a pinch of salt. Arrange the toasted bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, reduce the balsamic vinegar in a pan to make it creamy. Finish bruschettas with a slice of prosciutto, the arugula leaves and parmesan cheese shavings.
